B. %ProgramFiles(x86)%
C. %CommontFiles%
D. %CommonFiles(x86)%
E. %ProgramData%
F. %WINDIR%\System32
G. Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE
H. Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432node
I. Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
J. Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
K. Registry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

B, D, H, J would be the first places I would look... that and %appdata%

It's probably worth mentioning that some "problem" applications seem to spread their files & reg keys into many mysterious locations. (QuickBooks / Peachtree / anything accounting / finance related, i would expect such apps to be anywhere and everywhere!)
