I joined the Marine Corps wanting to be an infantryman but my parents and recruiter believed I was too intelligent for that type of job. They suggested computers and I was assigned as a Mainframe Computer Operator.
2. What keeps you in the IT field?
The diversity and speed of change in technology. I love learning new things and the IT field always presents new and exciting challenges. Not to mention that the pay is pretty good too.
