The Gift that Keeps on Giving

Garlic.  Oh boy.  Yes, Garlic.  I had a really great lunch meeting with a friend at Gordon Biersch today and ordered the Mahi Burger on the lunch menu.  It's a burger with a Cajun blackened slab of Mahi on lettuce with a ton of knee-buckling horseradish sauce and a pile of "garlic fries".  Wow.  I must have missed that day at school.  I never heard of Garlic Fries.  I hope I never meet them again either.  Greasy fries tarred-and-feathered in a truckload of small Garlic chunks and what appeared to be rock salt.  At least the beer was tasty.  Winter Bock is the seasonal special and I highly recommend it.
