House Cleaning: VLDB, DCIS go bye-bye

After years of dragging baggage around, it feels good to cut things loose. The ill-fated book attempt I made for "The Visual LISP Developer's Bible" is one. The other is my lame-o "Dave's Computer Inventory System (DCIS)". Both have been relegated to history, if they ever had a history. No more stupid attempts to make something like those again. I learned some powerful lessons with those projects.
