Based on a criteria “set” of renaming, routing so on, the following roads are hereby declared as the most stupid in Hampton Roads. We should rename it "Hamp-dumb Roads" in my insignificant opinion.

- Haygood Rd / Wishart / Weslyan Dr
- Waterside / Bousch / Llewellyn Dr
- Newtown / Diamond Springs Rd
