What would you do if you were talking with your elderly neighbor, who a few months ago was telling you how angry he was over "Obama-care" and hoped the GOP would swoop down and kill it, is now moaning about how they're taking away his Medicaid prescription benefits and he doesn't know how he can afford the prices since they've increased three times in the past year. ??

You do what I did: Laugh and shrug. Maybe add "well, isn't this what you wanted?"
