Lunch for a Friend's Going-Away

Today I'm going to lunch for my friend Jon Szewczak, who's leaving to start a new job after almost ten years at his current job.  Like a lot of people that know him, we all wish him well and hope he really likes the new job.  He's one of the best software engineers I know and he's never been given full credit for that.  Sad to see him leave, but I think he feels it's time for a change.
