Is Democracy DOA?

Years from now, our grandchildren will study this economic crap we're dealing with, and they will realize just how corrupt government can be. That is, if they haven't already rewritten history books to ignore this entire mess.

The quote that bothers me most is #6:

"Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."

100 percent unconstitutional.  Looks like Mr. Paulson and his pocket protector posse are above the law.  So much for checks and balances.  If it's allowed to stand, we are no longer the USA but the USSA.  Sad times.
