Keeping an Eye on Your Public Liars (Ooop: I Meant Politicians)

There are quite a few sites out there that maintain historical information about current and past public officials.  This includes biographical data, education and experience information, and most importantly:  voting records.

Check this site out.  It's pretty interesting, even if it could use a little improvement on the usability side.  Amazing how you can validate some of the mudslinging you see on your TV every hour.  Sometimes the candidates are slinging half-truths and twisted-truths, but other times they're slinging outright slanderous lies.
