SharePoint (MOSS) VM Lab Setup

I ran across this really nice step-by-step SharePoint lab setup article from another blog post that linked to it, but I can't remember which one (sorry).  However, this is a fantastic resource for anyone wanting to setup a MOSS 2007 lab environment.  They use Virtual PC, but I used it on VMware Workstation 6.5 and it rocks.  Thanks to Tony Zink for taking the time to put this together and share it with all of us.
